David M. Kaplan MD, MSc – President
Dr. David Kaplan’s passion for ethical, comprehensive patient care has led him to spearhead a patient-focused clinical trial listing service. He holds medical, health administration and bioethics degrees from the University of Toronto and has done extensive work in the ethics of human embryo research and in analyzing physician prescribing behaviour. Dr. Kaplan participates in numerous community activities and has served on the Academic Board of the University of Toronto and the Senate of York University.

Andrew Levstein – VP, Operations
Mr. Andrew Levstein is an entrepreneur with diverse interests. While studying Political Science at York University, he served as an independent education consultant and has continued to do so. During that time, he also created and ran a local entertainment service. Two years ago, he initiated the first company for customized learning tools of its kind. He continues to refine this endeavor, as well as to undertake other pursuits.
